Horrible customer service. They quote policy instead of using their brain! I had a delivery scheduled through EZCaterer. The room in the hospital got switched to another room with 15 minutes difference. They dug in their heels and said they couldn’t make any updates within the 24 hrs, “per policy”. I asked if they would rather deliver to the wrong room and send their deliver person on a wild goose chase than do the logical thing and update the order. They repeated the “policy”. After 4 phone calls, they finally agreed to modify the room, but not the delivery time. What a joke! Use another bagel shop that can deliver what you need, when you need it. In case you’re reading this, Einstein Bros. Wilmington… I spend thousands per month on catering for my clients and will NEVER use these guys again!
