NO CALL NO SHOW – NO BUSINESS – SO DISAPPOINTING – When I called and made an appointment I was given a 2 hour window. Noon to 2pm. When I spoke with the representative, I stressed, that if they might be late, to at least call me. 2:15pm No Technician, No Phone Calls – I had to call THEM, to inquire where they were at. The representative placed me on hold, and contacted the tech. Who said he is running over an hour behind. – NO SHOW NO CALL NO THANK YOU. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISAPPOINTED in a local company. I told the representative to cancel the service appointment and that I would take my business else where.
