Under different ownership, several years ago, this was a great place to grab a quick and delicious lunch. It has steadily declined, with fewer food options, poorer service and a dingy atmosphere. I waited 10 minutes, just to order a toasted bagel, after being passed by twice by people who came in after me. And there were three people working, also they seemed disorganized. the cream cheese on the bagel, which cost 75 cents extra, barely scraped over the surface. I had to use 3 different coffee urns, to get a full cup of coffee, at 10 am! I gave it one star for existing in a convenient location, and one star for edible food. I won’t be going back; there are far too many nicer places.
The cashier, who I believe is also the manager/owner, just laughed when I complained.
