I’ve had several problems with my membership from day one. Now that I have met my 3 month commitment I’m having trouble canceling. WHY WONT ANYONE CALL ME BACK? How can you do business thru email or a call center that just emails for you or tells you to email AGAIN? I’m tired of e-mailing and making calls just to get told something different every time. When I finally got a response via e-mail you didn’t even have my memebership info correct. The only thing that hasn’t been a problem is taking money out of my account. How do I get to SPEAK to someone and not get a run around?
