Why is it so difficult to greet people as they walk through the door? A simple “Hello,” or “Welcome to Capriotti’s,” or “How are you?” But no acknowledgement at all to paying customers is unacceptable. I gave two stars for the the food, which is always good, NOT the lack of customer service (on more than one occasion, I might add, because I wanted to give them another chance…nope same “non-acknowledgment.”)
