Checked in online. Walked in. Never was addressed, never spoken to, nothing. Stylist even made eye contact with me before and after answering the phone. No words spoken. I came on my lunch, I’m busy too, so it would’ve been nice to have known how many were in front of me and how long the wait was. Never again. They’re obviously too busy and don’t need your business. There are plenty of other places to get a cut. People should be mindful of that when dealing with customers. People have a choice. What makes them choose ( or not) is things exactly like this.
