The raspberry filled and chocolate cream donuts today were good, but slightly stale tasting. At $1.59 each, the price is way too high: there’s no way these donuts are worth more than a buck each. They do have a loyalty program with periodic promotions and some coupons in the mail that reduce the cost, but most of the discounts are on a dozen or more — which is really only suitable for the the office, school, a party or a large family. I think they’d do more business is they priced the individual donuts more rationally.
