We had appointments and we sat for 30 minute because the person was having a break. The person their could not say when our person would be their. We asked why they did call us to reschedule or tell us how long the delay would be. The response we got they are too busy to call. While that was the wrong answer… customers time is valuable too. Disrespect your clients…. go out of business for sure. Do better.
