I am extremely disappointed with my first time trying Sullivan Steakhouse. First i had to call multiple times to confirm my order each time they couldn’t find my online order then moments later they would find it which was frustrating. Then when i actually went to pick up my online order that i had already paid for the host told me i had not making me pay again. When i went home i indeed had been charged twice i had to call and get the manager to give me a refund. This was all before i even got to try the food. Excitedly biting into my mashed potatoes and they were sour they tasted rotten and were soaking in vinegar they we absolutely not edible my self and my associate had to throw away 20 dollars worth of food after all the hassle we were already put through i am extremely upset with this restaurant as a whole.
