The Customer Service was Great!! Cassie the server, was Awesome and very polite. I recommend you to see her.
The food was done in a fast timely manner. No long waits. I will be back. 😊
On the 21st of January 2020 my mother and I went to have dinner at this location at around 6 PM. I ordered the seafood alfredo. Everything was fine until a couple hours later I was incredibly sick with symptoms of food poisoning. I had in fact found out the next day that it was food poisoning. I called the restaurant that day and asked to speak to a manager. The girl that answered the phone was rude and I waited on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up and called back. The same girl answered the phone and I said “I need to speak to a manager immediately, this is an urgent situation regarding food poisoning.” She then said (very rudely) “Well, you’ll still have to wait on hold.” I was like okay whatever and she put me on hold again.. The manager finally came to the phone and I told him the situation. The first thing he said was “well, I had seafood last night and I didn’t get food poisoning.” No apology, nothing. He didn’t really seem to care and he told me he would report it to their personal “food poisoning department” which I knew sounded funny. I called corporate and spoke to a nice lady who actually apologized and listened to what had happened. She told me there was no internal food poisoning department and had no idea what the manager was referring to. She said she was going to send me a gift card by email but it could be used for several other restaurants because I was not willing to go back to Olive Garden.. very disappointing but glad at least the customer care lady was nice to me.
Steak ordered at medium-well had to be sent back twice because it was raw. Eventually my husband gave up and did not have steak at all. Only reason there are 2 stars is because our server was great. After all of those mistakes you would have thought a manager would have even just acknowledged us and even a "I'm sorry, only one of you are able to eat this evening" would have been something. At least the server did not make us pay for it. Will not return to this location due to the lack of care by management.
The place was very busy but the wait time was only 15 minutes or so. Amber was our server and she was excellent. The food portions are always good, love leftovers. Highly recommend the location and if you get Amber she will take care of your needs.
Food was good, server could've been a little more friendly. Food came out quickly. I got spaghetti and it was good. Breadsticks were a little crispy like they'd been sitting out for a little bit. Would return, but would like to see issues corrected.
