Ordered online and went in to get the food, was told that my order had never been received, though the $54 was taken off my credit card. After speaking to two people who weren't friendly or helpful at all, a third person found our food in the warmer. Get home and we're missing one of our sides. Tried to call and let them know about it, but the phone just rings endlessly. This place will no longer get any of my money.
From the many experiences I’ve had, this place has always been a mess. The drive through staff is rude, and it takes very long for food to come out. I had hopes for when they remodeled the store, but even with it, the staff is the same. New management is needed to woop the employees into shape.
So very much better since I my last visit. Chicken was cooked though n though. Cooked til crisp. Big UPS to whoever's managing Milford KFC November 2019😉🤗😎
Pulling into the parking lot, there were 3 employees standing out front. One was spitting. They all followed us into the restaurant and headed to the back. We waited more than 5 minutes before our order was taken. Though the place was mostly empty, we were lucky to find a table that was fairly clean but the entire front of the house was a wreck. I was excited, however, that nacho fries were back. Sadly mine were obviously old so I asked for a fresh order. Two stars since my son said the chicken tasted fresh. However, there were stale nachos and the beans weren't hot. As I post this, my family is finished eating and I'm still waiting for the fries. Sad.
This was a nightmare of a place. Called corporate office and want my 32.00 dollars back. Order our food waited 30 minutes to get it. And then tacos had no meat lettuce or cheese on them asked for them to be remake it with some food on it waited another 20 minutes and now my other food is cold. And get home and now do I not only got cold food but tacos with nothing but a shell. I want all my money back .
