I believe this place is hit or miss. Breakfast is mediocre at best. The western egg omelet mixed with the American cheese had an overpowering taste and the potatoes were not cooked all the way through. Overall, it tasted basic. I will say, however, that the Customer service is well on point with certain employees. Others seem to feel like everyday is ground hog day.
This is a perfect hometown greasy spoon diner, that really isn’t in any town; it’s near Glasgow and Bear out on 40; always busy but no trucks. A great place for a big breakfast on a busy day, or a homemade lunch while you’re out. Highly recommend.
Very busy restaurant that serves the best breakfast! Great staff that is super friendly. This is a hopping little place that is nice and cozy.
We are regulars because I love the delicious cheap weekday breakfast special, service is quite fast even when it's busy, and the lunch specials can't be beat. Coffee is tasty. We've never paid more than $20 for 2 people and that's with a $4 tip. Also, while it's still comfort food, it is definitely a little more wholesome than your regular going-out-to-eat food. Today they went above and beyond the call of duty. I forgot my handbag. One quick phone call and they'd found it, held onto it until we could get back there.
Service alone was a 10. first time there. I never thought that anyone could make a veggie omelette better then mine. Absolutely delicious. Our waitress MISTY took very good care of us. Will be returning.
