They offer a fantastic variety of delicious food. I like dining here. The employees are always super friendly, rates are convenient and the place is always well organised.
Horrible customer service. Ordered 6 PIZZA egg rolls and recieved 6 pizza egg rolls. We called very politely once we realized, and explained that while we ordered 6 pizza egg rolls (3 for him and three for me) and 1 shrimp egg roll, we received 6 regular ones and 1 shrimp one. The woman on the phone immediately denied him ordering that, saying he said 6 regular egg rolls and that she asked him to repeat the order back to her. ?!?!?!? He told her once more that it was pizza egg rolls. This went on for a few minutes with me explaining that I heard him say 6 pizza egg rolls. Why would I sit around while he ordered 6 regular egg rolls?!?!?! I wanted them bad! They're mad good. Too bad one of the only places that has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I've never encountered someone so unnecessarily rude. He didn't approach her rudely, all of us have worked in customer service before, and understand how that feels. But her initial instinct was to get defensive. Did not offer to resolve the situation in any way and instead chose to adamantly deny it. Food is good, but the customer service SUCKS. Order somewhere else if you can. I know— the selection of chinese food in Dover isn't that great. But love yourself and please find somewhere better if you can. You shoould definitely fire that rude, delusional, defensive woman if you want to keep your customers. Oh— and she hung up the phone! Y'all don't know how much I want those pizza egg rolls.
I have been going to this particular Chinese store all my life. Before they even moved to this address. Today I ordered a large house special lo mein. No veg. Long story short it had veg ok no problem. I call to get a new order. They girl rather argue with me and refund me then fix the problem. So this order was delivered which she refused to return to retrieve. She kept telling me it was my fault not her fault. Told me I had to bring the food in to get a refund. I asked to speak to the owner/boss several times. She ended up slamming the phone down. The customer is always right. All i wanted was my food remade. Im allergic to onion. This was dead wrong and very unprofessional. I know Tony personally. This will be addressed accordingly
First time ordering from here. The house lo mein was bland with absolutely NO FLAVOR. The house fried rice was also bland with weird colored chicken. The rice was barely yellow or fried. The steamed dumpling sauce was good but the dumplings tasted odd flavored. The shrimp egg rolls were bland and flavorless. Can't believe i would ever eat there again . I haven't tried the wonton soup yet but i don't hold out much hope.
I don't want to badly rate them but the food was terrible in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered $40 worth of food from here, thinking it was the place I usually order from, and we didn't like any of the food.
Dumplings had way too much ginger and some other vegetable I couldn't quite put my finger on. Lo mein was somehow super saucy but still bland. General tso chicken was nothing like what I've ordered at other restaurants - it wasn't chicken thighs; the batter was not crunchy and it seemed like they took the lazy way out by using the chicken used for chicken and broccoli and just fried that. The white rice was the only decent thing but even that was a little hard. Needs more water when they cook it. Oh and the sweet tea is definitely some powdered Lipton tea. Not my cup of tea.
Guess this place just isn't for us.
