Great service. Not expensive and good food. Just go.
Staff is nice. The ham and cheese omelette I ordered was mainly ham with 2 pieces of cheese at the opening of the omelette. No cheese inside at all.
Not worth complaining about. Their biscuits and potatoes are great
Excellent service, and the food was so warm and comforting. The mashed potatoes were creamy, the steak perfectly cooked, and the chili had just the right amount of kick. And to top it off, a slice of simply divine chocolate peanut butter pie. I just wish they were in New York!
This location for Bob Evans used to be the best around. In the last 2 weeks that we ate there the service has been very poor. The first time we were seated and waited 20 minutes for the waitress to give us menus. We were just about ready to walk out when she finally showed up. I have to say she was very friendly, but the restaurant was not crowded. Today we had lunch there and again the place was empty, but yet we waited for a long time to be seated. Both times we checked out the cashier was not friendly at all. My husbands food was not good at all.
This is not the Bob Evans we are used to.
We took took our granddaughter for chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was raw including the pancakes, banana bread(usually excellent) and home fries. The waiter was excellent and tried to make everything right 3 times with baby pancakes the last time for our Granddaughter. Middletown B.E. is usually good but as is B.E. it's always hit or miss.
